Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites (PVK) consisted of organic cation, halogen, metal have been gaining attention. However, the photoelectric conversion mechanism remains vague. In order to improve the conversion efficiency, it is necessary to elucidate the details for the photoelectric conversion mechanism and design materials by the bottom up based on the principle. We reported the dynamics of charge carriers in CH3NH3PbI3 PVK film by time-resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC) measurement. TRMC allows noncontact evaluation of the dynamics of photogenerated charge carriers using an alternating-current electromagnetic wave with nanosecond time resolution. For the realization of lead-free PVK solar cells, we evaluated low Pb and low bandgap PVK including Pb and Sn by TRMC measurement. PVK was prepared on quartz/mp-TiO2 and coverd by PMMA, P3HT, and PTAA. The Pb:Sn ratio is 10:0, 7:3, 5:5, and 3:7. We will discuss the effects that the component ratio of Pb and Sn gives local charge carrier mobilities, recombination process, and hole transport.
