To realize the efficient charge separation in the organic photovoltaics, we focus on the columnar nanostructure. Suppose, for instance, the electron donor molecules are deposited by rotating the oblique substrate. In this case, the donor layer is expected to grow as a columnar nanostructure. Thus, the successive formation of the electron acceptor layer should prepare the pseudo interpenetrating structure. We report here the structural characteristics of the CuPc thin films prepared under various rotation speeds and oblique angles.
