Recently, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells attract attention as new high efficiency organic solar cells. However, they have problems such as existence of lead in devices and low stability in water. In this symposium, we will present the development of semiconductor materials consisting of HAT derivatives and copper halides as new active layer materials. Moreover, we applied this thin film to thin-film solar cells as active layer.
