Recently, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells attract attention. However, they have problems such as existence of lead in devices and low stability in water. In this symposium, we developed a semiconductor material new d-π composition composed of hexaazatrinaphthylene (HATNA) derivative applied to organic electroluminescence as n-type semiconductor, tried the application to solar cells.
