In this talk, flexible strain and temperature sensors using mainly inorganic materials are introduced with the fabrication methods of our developed printing techniques. Furthermore, their applications such as artificial electronic skin and whisker are also presented as proof-of-concepts of macroscale printing flexible devices. Finally, to realize low-power electronic system, flexible CMOS circuitry is also presented.
