[14a-1G-11] Enhancement of efficiency for SnPb binary perovskite solar cells with photoelectron conversion in IR region

The efficiency of Pb perobskite solar cells has been reported to be 20.1% (01.cm2) with IPCE edge of 800nm. We have reported SnPb binary perovskite solar cells with photoelevtron conversion in IR region. The IPCE edge is1050nm and the internal quantum efficiency reach 70-80% at 1000nm. In this presentation, we propose how the efficiency would be enhanced from the view point of the crystal uniformity and charrier dynamics.
