[14a-1G-9] Perovskite Solar Cell as the Next-generation Low-cost Photovoltaics

All solid-state solar cells based on organometal trihalide perovskite absorbers have already achieved distinguished power conversion efficiency (PCE) to over 20%. We investigated planar and meso-porous heterojuction perovskite solar cells with high quality perovskite films through a simple solution process. Additionally, we prepared the various types of tandem solar cells using dye-sensitized and perovskite solar cells. The panchromatic DSSC are also useful for spectral splitting organic photovoltaics using perovskite solar cell, where a high overall power conversion efficiency (η) of about 21.5% has been accomplished.
