[14a-2F-7] Inner Structure of Silver Sub-micron Spherical Particles Fabricated by Pulsed Laser Melting in Liquid

Inner structure of sub-micron spherical particles by pulsed laser melting in liquid was evaluated by mean of cross-section EBSD, and fabrication mechanism of the particles was discussed. Inner structure of the evaluated particles was not only single crystal but also polycrystal including defects and grain boundaries. According to the obtained result, these submicron spherical particles seemed to be fabricated through melting and fusion process during laser irradiation.
