本報告では、AlとScの2つのターゲットを用いる二元スパッタリング法によりScAlN薄膜を作製し、配向性と圧電性を評価した結果と、ScAlN薄膜を装荷したX36°Y-LN上のLLSAW伝搬特性を評価した結果について述べる。
