[14a-2S-7] THz Achromatic waveplate based on the parallel metal plates with the structures

We demonstrated an achromatic terahertz wave plate composed of stacked parallel metal plates. We fabricated parallel plate waveguides with the different structures (a through-hole/pillar array) on the surface of the metal sheets in order to tune the center frequency of the available region from 0.5 THz to 2.5 THz.
