[14a-PA3-10] Influence of heat treatments on crystallization process of LaBa2Cu3O7-δ films prepared by fluorine-free MOD method

Though LaBCO has the highest TC of 98 K among REBCO superconductors in bulk, it is difficult to prepare thin film with high TC. In this study, LaBCO films were fablicated by a FF-MOD method. Samles were crystallized at five different temperatures (973, 1023, 1073, 1123, 1223 K) and characterized by XRD to consider the influence of temperature on crystallization process of LaBCO films. C-axis oriented LaBCO films were fabricated from 973 K to 1123 K, and LaBCO decomposed over 1223 K. High volume fraction of LaBCO was obtained especially from 973 K to 1023 K.
