[14a-PA3-25] Developments of NIS Micro-Refrigerator IV

We are developing a micro-refrigerator composed of NIS tunneling junction for the cooling below 0.3K. Here we report a new type of NIS refrigerator whose normal-layer locates at the top of the junction.
