Multiphoton fluorescence microscopy using the temporal focusing technique is a powerful tool for obtaining a cross-sectional image without scanning the laser beam. In this presentation, we show that the use of combination of temporal focusing and 3D structured illumination provides the enhancement of 3D spatial resolution.
