[14p-1F-3] Reactive Oxygen Species Induced by Atmospheric Plasma and Cellular Response

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) induced by Ar-plasma in aueous solutions were studied by EPR-spin trapping, and intrcellular ROS was examined by flowcytometry using several fluorescent probes. Apoptosis and cell killing were measured using Annexin V-FITC-PI and CCK-8 methods, and change of gene expression was analysed using GeneChip method. Here, data of ROS formed in aueous solutions, identified ROS in the cells, cellular and gene response, and effects of nitrogen were shown and discussed.
