[14p-1F-8] On the Behavior of OH(A) in Ar Gas DBD with a Water Electrode - Studies Using Time-resolved OES and Numerical Simulation -

We have conducted time-resolved optical emission spectroscopy of OH(A) and Ar in Ar-DBD with a water electrode. Comparing the emission intensities of Ar and OH(A) in an after-glow phase in the DBD, the emission intensity of OH(A) last longer than that of Ar. This phenomenon can be explained as the result of dissociative recombination of H3O+ with low-temperature electrons according to our previous numerical simulation results.
