[14p-2A-16] Improved performance of inverted organic photodetectors with GZO electrode

The characteristics of polymer photodetectors using Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) electrode modified by self-assembled monolayer treatment and incorporated with Cs₂CO₃ interfacial layer are investigated. The performance of inverted polymer photodetectors by introducing a SAM and Cs₂CO₃ on GZO under reverse voltages is improved. The dark current decreases, which results in the improved photodetector detectivity.
