We have proposed and developed array-antenna-electrode electro-optic modulators for next-generation millimeter-wave wireless links. In this paper, newly fabricated modulators with a long array of 16 elements are reported. The wireless-optical signal conversion was successfully demonstrated at 59.0 GHz, and the modulation index as high as 63 mrad was obtained.
