[14p-2N-8] Detection of glucose in albumin water based on CW photoacoustic technique dedicated to non-invasive blood glucose level monitor

The characteristics of the optical power balance shift (OPBS) method were investigated at glucose concentration in albumin water. The concentration of albumin water was constant (3.3 g/dL); equivalent to the concentration of human serum. The range of measured glucose concentration in the albumin water was 0-500 mg/dL. We obtained linear response to glucose concentration, and a resolution of glucose concentration measurement was approximately 20 mg/dL.
