Protective polymers to prevent nanowire aggregation may have positive role as a glue for NW to attach flexible substrate. Polyvinylpyrrolidone-bound Ag NWs adhere more firmly to one another than to polyimide substrate, leading to sustained electrical conductance within few % change while the NWs were bent at a radius of 2mm.
