A family of TeO2 based glass is one of the promissing host materials for lasers because of low phonon energy and chemical stability. Recently, it is known that LiO2 contents influence not only glass structures but also local structure around emissive rare-earth ions doped. In this study, Eu3+ doped TeO2-TiO2-ZnO glasses were synthesized with addition of Li2O and their photoluminescence and thermal properties were investigated.
