Thermosetting-type conductive pastes have been highly desirable for development of the market of electronics. However, copper powder as an alternative material is susceptible to oxidation, making its development more difficult. We report the preparation of electrical conductive nano-carbon copper hybrid powder pastes and their temperature variation of electrical conductivity.
