The Seebeck coefficient of Co1-xNixSb3 (x = 0 .001- 0.01) has been calculated in the temperature range of 2-300 K within the relaxztion-time approximztion. It has been proved that the contribution from the spin-orbit split-off band is larger than that from the other bands around 100 K.
