[14p-PA6-6] Refined analysis of experimental data on transport and thermoelectric properties of Co_1-xNi_xSb₃ (III)

The experimental data of CoNiSb3 with Ni contents of 0 - 0.05 in the temperature range of 20 - 773 K have been analyzed. It is shown that the third conduction band and the third donor level play important roles above 300 K.
