[14p-PA7-2] Multi-cycle THz pulse generation from PPLN pumped by ultrashort high-power pulse

Multi-cycle THz pulse is obtained from a periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) pumped by ultrashort pulse. Since ones can design PPLN structure easily, ones can fabricate PPLNs to generate THz wave with an arbitrary number of cycles at any frequency. In this paper, we fabricate PPLNs which can generate THz waves at 1, 1.5, and 2 THz. Moreover, we measure and confirm waveform of the THz waves.
