[15a-1F-6] Photocarrier diffusion and recombination dynamics in lead-bromide perovskite CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals

The dynamical behaviors of photo-excited carriers in CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals are studied using time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. A comparison between the one-photon excitation, which excites the vicinity of the sample surface, and the two-photon excitation, which can directly excite the interior region of the sample, was conducted in order to clarify the effects from the spatial distribution of the photocarrier density. From the difference between one- and two-photon PL dynamics, we conclude that the carrier diffusion process has a significant role in the photocarrier dynamics. The photocarrier diffusion and recombination dynamics in CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals will be discussed.
