Carbazole dendrimers have been considered as promising materials for solution-processed organic light emitting diode (OLED) due to thermal stability, hole transporting property, and solution processability. We report herein benzophenone-core carbazole dendrimers as solution-processable thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials. Neat films of the carbazole dendrimers exhibit TADF and are applied as undoped emitting layers for solution-processed OLED.
