Charge carrier mobility of transport layers critically determines characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). The estimation of the carrier mobility of a target transport layer is needed to examine real correlation between the device characteristics and the mobility in working conditions. The complex multilayered structure, however, has prevented such measurement for OLEDs. We will propose and demonstrate a new method to estimate carrier mobility of a target transport layer even in multilayered structures of OLEDs.
