We have formed one-dimensional nanostructured fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) thin films on the commercial available FTO glass by using novel effective spary pyrolysis deposition technique. We have investigated a change of nanostructures depending on the spray conditions and the properties of formed nanostructured thin films.
