[15a-2L-1] Preparation of BiFeO₃ Thin Films on SrTiO₃ Substrates. (II)

Our research group reported about the domain structure of BiFeO₃ thin films on SrTiO₃ bicrystal substrate had become a domain structure like charged 109° domain wall, only on junction of substrate. However, novel characteristics of domain wall shown by the researches in advance couldn't be seen in that structure. Additional observation about domain structure and electric properties was done in this study.
