[15a-2L-4] Preferential crystal growth of BaTiO₃ films using nenosheet interface layer

We tried preferential crystal growth of BaTiO₃ thin films using Ca₂Nb₃O₁₀ nanosheets with pseudo-perovskite crystal structure. (100)-oriented BaTiO₃ films were deposited by chemical solution deposition technique on nanosheet layer of Ca₂Nb₃O₁₀. Enhanced dielectric permittivity was confirmed for the films on on nanosheet layer, depends on the crystal orientation of BaTiO₃ lattice.
