[15a-2L-9] Enhanced Photovoltaic Properties of Mn-Doped BiFeO3 Ferroelectric Thin Films

It has been reported that ferroelectric BiFeO3 (BFO) thin films exhibit a photovoltaic effect with a voltage higher than the bandgap. In this study, Mn-doping effect on the photovoltaic properties of the BFO thin films are investigated. In addition, the density-functional theory calculations are performed to reveal the influence of Mn-doping on the electronic structures of BFO.
