We study a magnetization reversal induced by spin-orbit torque in an antiferromagnet/ferromagnet heterostructure. We prepare Hall devices made of antiferromagnetic PtMn and ferromagnetic Co/Ni multilayer and evaluate the switching properties induced by the spin-ortib torque generated by the channel current. While an in-plane magnetic field is required for bipolar switching for the conventional structure with nonmagnetic/ferromagnetic heterostructure, it is found that the field is not required owing to the exchange-bias effect of the antiferromagnetic PtMn.
