[15a-4A-11] Fabrication of voltage standard circuit utilizing wide band serial-parallel power divider

Digital to analog converter (DAC) circuit utilizing NbTiN/Ti-TiN/NbTiN Josephson junctions
was fabricated for quantum voltage standards, and the Shapiro step at 1 V with the step height of larger than 0.5 mA were generated at around 10 K cooled with a cryocooler.
Instead of a conventional microwave power divider using a quarter wavelength resonator, the serial-parallel power divider consist of co-planar waveguides (CPWs) connected in parallel and coplanar stlips (CPSs) connected in series were introduced.
As a result, the chip space of about 30% was saved, and a uniform frequency dependence for the operating current margin was obtained.
