The CMOS technology has high power consumption when we develop the next generation supercomputer by using this technology. We need to dramatically improve energy efficiency in order to realize the next generation supercomputer. In this study, we propose signal interface between SFQ circuit and AQFP for their hybrid systems which can take advantage of the two types of superconductive circuits. The interface circuit that transmits a signal from the SFQ circuit to the AQFP gate (SFQ/AQFP) is realized by combining an SFQ toggle flip-flop (TFF) and the AQFP buffer. On the other hand, The interface circuit that transmits a signal from the AQFP to the SFQ circuit (AQFP/SFQ) was designed by using a clocked DC/SFQ converter to detect magnetic flux signal output from the AQFP. These interface circuits also allow us to use long-distance wiring between AQFP gates by using passive transmission line (PTL).
