[15a-4D-13] Round-robin differential phase shift quantum key distribution experiment

In the conventional quantum key distributions (QKD), it has been believed that we need to monitor the error rate for estimating the value of privacy amplification. The round-robin differential phase shift (RRDPS) QKD is a new QKD protocol where the privacy amplification factor only depends on system parameters and thus error-rate monitoring is not required. Here we report the first experimental RRDPS QKD.
