[15a-PA3-8] Measurement induced phonon from ScAlN thin film by Brillouin scattering method

Brillouin散乱法は透明媒質中の微小領域の縦波および横波音速をGHz域で非破壊測定できる技術である.しかし,媒質中の熱フォノンによる微弱なBrillouin散乱を測定対象としているため測定時間が長く、音速測定精度が低い.本研究では測定試料の石英ガラスにScAlN圧電薄膜を成膜し,試料中に縦波フォノンを人工的に励起して,散乱強度の改善を試みた.
