[15a-PA4-6] Calculation of light transfer between coupled nanocavities by electrical control

Techniques for connecting distant photonic crystal nanocavities with each other and transferring light between them at an arbitrary timing can be applied in various fields including quantum information processing. Recently, we have achieved adiabatic transfer of light between distant photonic crystal nanocavities with an optical control pulse. In order to apply this to large scale applications with multiple nanocavities, electrical control of each cavity will be needed instead of the optical control which is difficult to integrate. Here, we report on the calculation of the adiabatic transfer using electrical control with in-plane p-i-n junctions.
