[15a-PB1-7] Application of electrospun ITO nanofibers to dye-sensitized solar cells

We reported that the mobility of photoexcited carrier was improved when the nanofibers (NFs) of Nb-doped TiO2 (TNO) prepared by electrospinning method were inserted into TiO2 nanoporous layer of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC) as a current collector. Instead of TNO-NFs, in this study, we used NFs of Sn-doped In2O3 (ITO) in which electron transfer barrier at grain boundaries is expected to be small for further improvement. The DSCs of “inserted type” with ITO-NFs and “normal type” without NFs are compared each other with I-V measurements etc.
