[15p-1E-10] Shearing Interferometer for Short Coherent Length Light Sources

We developed the sharing interferometer with a compensation plate. In the normal sharing interferometer, incident light is divided into more than two paths, and the divided light interferes each other. But when the light source which has short-coherence length comes in, interfered pattern disappears, because of the difference between the optical path lengths of each light. The compensation plate makes equal between the optical path lengths of the divided light. As a result, the interfered pattern becomes visible, and light divergence can be measured.
