Shack-Hartmann波面センサ(SHWFS)において、１フレームの画像における明暗の差が大きいレーザビームを測定する場合、暗い部分のSNRが低下する。我々は、複数の露光時間の異なる画像を用いて測定精度を改善する方法を検討し、実験により検証したので報告する。
