[15p-1F-14] Negative Capacitance Phenomenon in Organic Solar Cells Observed by Displacement Current Measurement

In recent years it is reported the negative capacitance phenomenon (NC) was observed in OLED and so on using impedance spectroscopy. However there are lots of unclear points about NC. Therefore we observed NC in organic solar cells using displacement current measurement (DCM) which has diode structure like OLED and investigated the irradiation response of NC behavior. As a result, we could observe the NC behavior which didn't depend on the scan direction and increased by irradiation. From these we could guess the NC observed in DCM isn't caused by simple capacitance value but transient response ingredient. And we could also observed the irradiation response in transient current measurement.
