Organic light-emitting transistors (OLETs) are multifunctional devices that combine the light emission property of an organic light-emitting diode with the switching property of a field-effect transistor in single device architecture. In order to achieve uniform surface emission and improve emission properties of bilayer fluorene-type bilayer polymer light-emitting diodes, we investigated the carrier transport in upper layer.
