Lipid-bilayers are widely investigated to understand the biological function as the model of cell membrene. As free-standing lilpid membrane is needed for drug screening devices, we try to fabricate free-standing lipid membrane using vesicles which is made by gentle hydration process. We observed the fluidity of lipid bilayers of the vesicles by the fluorescence microscopy.
