[15p-2A-2] Ionic current blockade in a low-aspect-ratio solid-state micropore

Low-aspect-ratio micropores are considered as a promising structure useful for shape analysis of nanoscale objects dispersed in a liquid. Here we examined single-particle detections of polystyrene nanobeads using solid-state micropores in a SiN thin membrane to study the influence of the particle translocation passage on the resultant resistive pulses.
