We propose a SPR observation system for coagulation reaction by focusing on liquid-liquid interface in a microchannel. By using our SPR measurement system combined with a microfluidic chip and performing examination of suitable condition of sample volume and size of the microchannel, we confirmed that the mobility of the interface between the reagent and plasma sample is related to the coagulation activity of plasma samples.
