[15p-2C-23] All-mechanical four-wave-mixing in an electromechanical phonon waveguide

We have fabricated an electromechanical phonon wavegauide and demonstrated frequency conversion of phonon vibrations via four wave mixing caused by third-order elastic nonlinearity. This technique can be applied to the development of phonon-based frequency division multiplexer.
