In this study, our purpose is to convert the frequency of metamaterials in terahertz region. For this purpose, we explore resonant structures that have big resonant frequency shifts. We attempt to shift the resonant frequency with the change of resonant modes by external effects. This time, we use the complementary split ring resonator (C-SRR). In our presentation, we will show that the C-SRR is better than normal SRR which were used in previous study.
