[15p-2G-4] Design and fabrication of trench plasmonic waveguides with Bragg grating

We have designed trench plasmonic waveguides with Bragg grating. Bragg grating is realized by varying the depth of the trench waveguide. The channel plasmon polaritons are reflected at Bragg grating when the wavelength of the incident is near 600 nm. We have fabricated the designed structure using the focused ion beam technique.
