[15p-2G-7] Nanoparticles Synthesis by Aluminum Sputtering onto Ionic Liquid

In this study, we synthesized Al nanoparticles using the sputter deposition of aluminum onto the ionic liquid, 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium Bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide. Average size of synthesized original nanoparticles is 31.5±13.7 nm. In consequence of elemental analysis by Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry, Aluminum fluoride nanoparticles were synthesized by fluorine contained in ionic liquid. We will try to synthesize monodispersed pure aluminum nanoparticles and apply to UV-plasminics devices.
