A thin film of Ru-doped perovskite manganite with controlled perpendicular magnetic anisotropy shows a large topological Hall effect originated from skyrmion formation. In this study, we carried out real-space observations of the magnetic domain structure in the film by using a magnetic force microscope (MFM) and Lorenz transmission electron microscope (LTEM). We successfully observed skyrmions with a diameter of about 100 nm at a magnetic field of 70 mT.
